Refund policy

At Sand Home Decor, we want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

•  Please note custom orders or bulk orders cannot be returned since these items are made to order.
• Please be aware that our items are handmade. Variations and impurities can occur. 
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. 
• By making a purchase at Sand Home Decor Pty Ltd you are acknowledging and agreeing to our return and refund policy.
