We are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Our shipping policy offers important information to help you understand the delivery process.

National Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

Our candles, gift boxes, trays and ribbed trinket dish are made to order and are processed within 48 hours.
Our vases and homeware products have a 10 day lead time.
Once processed the order is then booked for delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If there should be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

National shipping costs (Within South Africa) are R75.
Estimated delivery time for major centres in South Africa is 2-3 working days.
Estimated delivery time in regional areas in South Africa is 3-5 working days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship outside South Africa. If you are based outside the country and would like to purchase from us, please contact our customer service team (sandhomedecor.sa@gmail.com) to discuss potential options.
